This trip will offer you a colorful life in Kathmandu valley, meet and interact with local people in Gorkha Village (the origin of modern Nepal) and experience one of the best wildlife safaris of South-east Asia at Chitawan National Park, a world heritage site.

Itineraries

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu
Day 2: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley
Day 3: Drive to Gorkha. Sightseeing of ancient palace
Day 4: Drive to Pokhara. Afternoon boating on Phewa Lake
Day 5: Early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise views over the Himalayas afternoon optional hike to World Peace Stupa or leisure in Pokhara.
Day 6: Drive to Chitwan National Park
Day 7: Full day excursion in Chitawan National Park. Activities like elephant ride, jungle drive, local village tour etc.
Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 9: Fly back onward destination

Inclusions of the cost:

International & domestic airport transfer Transfers as per the itinerary
Twin sharing basis hotel accommodation on bed and breakfast basis.
Internal transport and flight within Nepal as per the itinerary

Accommodation & meals on the trek as indicated by the itinerary
While trekking (either in two person tents or local lodges/guesthouses).
All trekking and climbing related permit & fees as if required.
Provision of appropriate trekking and/or climbing staff (see section Life on the trek).

Exclusions of the cost:

International air fare to/from Nepal
Lunch & dinner prior to the trek, please allow US$ 20 per day
Meals at airports and whilst in Kathmandu/Pokhara - allow $20 per day.
Entry Visa fees - at present $30 on entry in Nepal.
Insurance which covers medical expenses
Personal gears & expenses
